The Internet came along and in 1998 everybody rushed to get a website....remember those days?
Since those days things changed dramatically internet and technology wise. As a result of the technologies available today the world is moving faster, people are more mobile and also connected to the internet 24/7.
The reason for this blog post is to highlight a few trends and changes that we see in 2012.
In 1998 you had to have a website to have a presence online or on the internet. Without and website or presence online people could not really find you and find out more about you and your business.

What we see in 2012 is that the so called 2nd internet....namely APP STORES. Wow you might say! Think about it...More and more people spend time on some sort of mobile device or tablet, their small screens are filled with icons. These icons represent a MOBILE APP of some sort.
Did you know that 79% of all website don't display properly on mobile devices!!
What we mean by the 2nd internet is that the end user spend more time on mobile and they will search an APP STORE to look for your MOBILE APP rather than searching the internet to find your NON MOBILE optimized website that don't display properly on their Smart Phone!
For you to extend your presence you need to have a Mobile Application in App stores like Apple, Android, Windows and Bada. By having a Mobile App in App Stores people can download your App and you will extend your presence and even have a physical presence with an ICON on their Smart phone or Tablet!
