Mobile marketing has already changed the world we live in. Just think of how often you rely on your mobile phone to do more than make calls.

According to "One Report", of the 4 billion mobile phones in use around the world, 1.1 billion of them are smartphones and 3.1 billion are SMS-enabled. Some reports even put the number of mobile users at 5 billion. Which means at the very least, any given mobile app has a potential audience of over 1 billion people!
This just goes to show that we are no longer on the brink of a mobile revolution - we are already in the thick of it. The revolution is happening right now and it's going to be fascinating to see how different companies and individuals capitalize on it - or get left behind.
In fact, mobile Internet and app usage is expected to take over desktop Internet usage by 2014. That's in less than 2 years!
